CANNON GRANGE AGRICULTURAL FAIR

SUNDAY, AUGUST 25th, 2024 

FAIR HOURS: 10:00 to 4:00PM, Rain or Shine. 

RENTAL FEE: $75 by July 31st; $125 as of August 1st. 

(Most spaces are out in the open. Please provide your own chairs, table and protection from the weather.) 

FEE MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION! 

Superintendent of Concessions will be available on Fairgrounds at 7:00AM the day of the Fair. RULES: 

1. All concessionaires will provide their own tables, chairs, shades and material to display their wares.  2. All concessionaires MUST be set up by 9:00AM and cleared from the Fairgrounds by 6:00PM August 25, 2024. 
2. No cars, trucks, or vans will be allowed to remain on the Fairgrounds after 9:00 AM the day of the Fair. Please unload at your  assigned space and move your vehicle promptly to the Railroad Station parking lot (across Cannon Road from the  Fairgrounds).  
3. The Fair Committee will assign each concession space.  
4. The Rental Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!  
5. Cannon Grange Agricultural Fair shall not be held liable for property damage or personal injury to concessionaire, his agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless how much injury or damage that  may have occurred. Concessionaire waives any claim whatsoever against Cannon Grange Agricultural Fair and its officers  and Cannon Grange #152, Inc. P. of H. and its officers, and assumes all liability for loss or damage to subject premises and to  concessionaire’s own property entrusted to the premises. Concessionaire shall hold Cannon Grange Agricultural Fair and  Cannon Grange #152, Inc. harmless and shall indemnify Cannon Grange Agricultural Fair and Cannon Grange #152, Inc.  against any claim, injury, or damage to any person or property together with all costs in connection with the defense  thereto, including attorney fees.  
6. Cannon Grange Agricultural fair will not accept any concession selling food that will be consumed at the Fair. 8. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed or brought onto the subject premises.  

9. Only Concessionaire and one assistant will be given free admission to the Fair.
